Well, it is an OEM part. Perhaps contact SMB over in Australia and ask them if they have a source.

Usually responsive to phone calls, doubt very much a larger size in one piece was made though. A contact suggests that some of the Brembo line is made by a large Italian industrial conglomerate, CTF (Centro Techni Freno?), never been able to track them down at all.

Some of the two pieces could be made to work if you get a custom hat, bring your money with you.
