Wheels... help me out (pics inside)

Ok, I'm looking for wheels. 19' it will probably be... Too big?? yeah well, I got my reasons. My FD is a weekend driver, and in the meantime also an advertising car for my polyester/carbon/kevlar work

the car will be resprayed in something like gunmetal grey or something lighter and the roof and partially the trunk will become black. Targa look sort of speak.

Therefore the wheels will be black hearted with a grey/polished lip.

I've been looking around for some time now and the wheels I like are just rediculously expensive in 19" (Volk, RoJa,BBS,...) Certainly if they need to be shipped to Europe. So here are some Euro alternatives to what I was thinking about.

Give me your opinion.

I've heard that 19" wheels are too much for the FD as far as ride and handling, but that's just what I've heard. If it's a show car I don't see why not though.

As far as your posted choices, i like the 2nd and 3rd sets. I'm personally saving for a set of 17" CCWs right now, check them out if you haven't already www.ccwheel.com

in the rear there's quite some room left in the fender to house a bigger wheel, in the front it's something else because there's this plastic inner fender

How about these? They are only 17" but they are made in 19" and I'm sure they would look sick.

those look like Fikse rims, which in a 19" will run almost $1000 per rim!

and as for the first post... i love the rim in the middle, but like was already said, those are Advan Siena II and they will be almost as expensive as the Fikse rims...

if you absolutely want 19" rims, then no matter what you get, if you want some kind of quality you will be paying a pretty penny for any rims. I don't imagine that getting a rim like Volk, Advan, SSR, ect would be any more expensive in Europe than here in the US, because no matter what they will have to be shipped from Japan... try to locate a dealer in your area or atleast in your country, and talk to them about pricing... it's not like the rims come from japan to the us, then to europe. I'm sure you can find a dealer over there.

Yeah look I'm not in denial, if I want 19"s I"ll have to pay for it. But spending 1000$ on just one wheel is bit over the line for me. I"ll not go to the track or something and IF i I do I got some 17's in spare and slicks for free (used from friend)

No, CCWs run about $450 a wheel.

Here's a shot of my car borrowing a set of 17x10 CCWs (also before my Eibach springs, so lots of gap but you get the picture - these are also the older style CCWs, the spokes on the new ones go out further towards the rim)

I like the third wheel in the first post best. The CCW's look nice too, especially if the newer ones have a more prominent spoke area and a little less rim.

Not trying to be an *******.. just a little sarcastic. I thought it kind of funny that someone would tell me what kind of wheels I had on my own car

No worries huh..
