Which wheels, Enkei RPM2, RH C2, ADR M-Sport
I love those types of wheels, like the HP Evo, Adr M-Sport, Racing Hart C2, Enkei RPM2...
I want some good wheels, but not ready to pay the price of some volk racing ones...
I would like to have ideas, i have a 93 Base Vintage Red FD with H&R Springs.
I want 18 inches, and 18X8.5 front , 18X9.5 rear something like that... And you can post pics of your cars as well to give me an idea.
Thanks for comments

Konig's Imagine are Similar to these... 18x8.5 are 21 lbs.. but they don't have 18x9's I'm in the same boat as you Wankel and after reading all the other posts on Wheels Speedkind seems to be the most knowledgable ( but don't PM him) LOL.
I have done alot of checking and Calcs on sizes etc and he hits the nail on the head everytime.
I'm Looking for wheels too.. wondering What advantages or disadvantages between sizes that I am looking at. I want to go same size all the way around for simplicity of rotation of tires etc; I like the Konig's but am not stuck on them.. the sizes that I am considering are. 18x8.5, 18x9/9.5, and like some 19x?? i'm not sure what will fit. I have straight stock 1993 RX7 R1 (with only 27k miles on it).. it's a beaut. will probably upgrade suspension but don't want to yet. I have the stock wheels and (showroom floor) orig. stock tires on the car now. I am going to rig the car up for some performance driving not drag racing. I want to corner with the best of them. Just don't know alot about tires/wheels...... Would love hear your opinion SpeedKing and any others on sizes of wheels and tires the benefits of them etc;.... don't need opinions on brands as I can sort that out later.
Thankx....

I would really like to stay with 18's. I'm thinking 18x9's all the way around. would I need what a +40 Offset... or would I need like a 45 or 50? and like a 255(or would probably need a 245)/35-18. ????

Also no one has really address the benefits of bigger wheel diameter vs. wider... such as going with 18x8.5 or like a 19x8?? I know that we are talkin tires here.. but what sizes can you squeeze on these things under the RX7 and what are the benes? and i'm trying to stay fairly stock here as far as suspension goes Maybe just do the H&R springs thing

And since you want to be able to rotate your tires, go 18x9 all around.

Yeah i'm just havin real trouble finding wheels that have an offset that will work for the RX7. I don't wanna do the rubbin or fender bangin thing. I just know Jack about wheels/Tires..... LOL

I did search and by benefits.. i mean traction, stabillity etc.... not the not rubbing thing. I found no discussion of going wider vs. a bigger diameter as to how much meat you actually put on the ground and what it gains you from the two ways of expanding it (diameter and width)
