Wheel sizing gurus: Wheel offset on FB question, pictures inside
I have no idea how to measure offset or backspacing on wheels, and I'm 550 miles away from my wheels so I can't measure them anyway, so here is my question. Based on the information that I have and the pictures that I post, am I correct in my guess on the offset of my wheels.
Wheels are 15x7, 4x110 Enkei mesh rims from the 1980's. I think the offset is 0, but i'm not sure. The reason why I'm asking is because one of my rims is cracked and I'm trying to buy one from on the forums, and I want to make sure that I'm getting the proper wheel sizing. Can anyone tell if the offset is 0 from the pictures below?

slightly off-topic, but is your FB lowered at all? or still stock height?
I'm asking because mine's lowered an inch or two and i'm rolling on 13" Konigs and wondering if I could put 15" on without rubbing
