wheel fitment on burnout fenders

i was planning on purchasing some vollk sf winning's in 18x9 and 19x10.5 with a 21mm offset all around but was wondering if this would fit under burnout fenders (regular in the front, and with an 1/8" cut off of rear, under the over fender)

any help would be great cause i am fairlly new to the tuning game

thanks

depends what size tire you run on the 19x10.5 + 21 might not look right. Where in naples do you live, i am up in college but my home is off of livingston.?
