whats cool?

hey all

ok ive been around here alot, and ive seen different offset wheel combos, but what is like the thing to do make the tip of the tire be flush with the fender? or to have them sunk in a little? im just confused

Tire flush with the fender: Stock (or close) offset.

Sunk in: Low offset (usually requires some sort of suspension work to avoid rubbing).

If you're talking about the wheel centers sunken from the edge, yes.
If you're talking about the wheel / tire sunken from the fender, you're wrong - it's more offset to push the wheel / tire more into the well.
