I think the huge wing makes the car look very small, though I dont think that is an FD, as stated above, maybe a kit car, or maybe the pic is smaller than acutal.

I think the illusion is not only caused by the oversized rims but also the width of the picture is scrunched relative to the height. If the picture was stretched just slightly from left to right, the cars proportions would look normal.
