What offset for 17x10 (or 9.5 in front) ce28n's all around.
What offset for 17x10 (or 9.5 in front) ce28n's all around.
I need to know what offset I need to have to run 17x10 volk ce28n's. 17x10 in back. 17x10 or 9.5 in front. I want to run 275's in back and 275's or 265's in front, and I don't want to roll my fenders if possible. Any suggestions welcome. THANKS
by the way heres rays wheels offset chart...
9 1/2- £š+15, š+22, £š+28, š+34, +35, £š+40, +42, š+47
10.0- £š+15, š+22, +35, +45
My opinion is that in the back get the 35, I want it to be even with the edge of the fender. and 45 in front with 10's and 42 with 9.5's. I don't know offsets so i am probably wrong.

Your offsets are too low.
First of all, what kind of suspension do you have? If you don't have aftermarket coil-overs, you cannot run 10" wide wheels up front. Besides 275/40 is a much taller tire than stock, which will make rubbing up front much more likely.
It would be a far better idea to run four 17x9.5 +47 offset. You could use 255/40 all around or 255/40 up front and 265/40 or 275/40 in the rear.
If you must have 17x10 in the rear, run the +45 offset (+35 offset will hit fender) and run 275/40s.

I agree with rynberg-- 9.5 x 17, 47-mm offset with 255/40-17 for no rubbing. The 9.5 wide x 17, 47-mm offset CE28N can be used up front because the caliper clearances are there. You can't use the 10 x 17, 45-mm offset CE28Ns up front because there's not enough brake caliper clearance (read thicker lip), and thus will be a rear fitment only. Note that the "star" denotes large front caliper clearances for the Rx7:

I personally plan to go with 9.5 x 17, 40-mm offset Volk SE37K with 255/40-17 tires all around. Note that there is a "star" next to the 9.5 wide x 17, 40-mm offset denoting the front caliper clearance is acceptable:

Weight differences between same sized SE37K and CE28N are neglible, but the SE37K has more visual appeal than the CE28N, IMHO
