I read this article a while ago and I'd like to hear your opinions on it...do you think what was said about myth 1 is true?

also, i just had the rotors turned on my 83 gs and put some new pads on (regular ones). how should i break them in? how should i break in my moms 01 neon rt that im about to put new rotors and semi-metallic pads on? thanks.
