What could cause this ?

Notice the tread is compleatly gone on the inside. Both rear tires are like this, these tires went from brand new to this in about a month, or two. The old tires had perfect even wear. They were fine at first its almost as if something broke in the rear and caused this. Any ideas ?

looks like way too much negative camber from looking at the picture. Did you have any weird clunking sounds coming from the rear when taking off since you got these tires? If so, that would be your camber links in the rear worn out. If that's the case, go to mazdatrix and get their fully adjustables with the subframe camber adjuster. About $300 or so if memory serves. Otherwise, I would look at your toe out on the rears. Looking at the pic, that could be another thing to look at, but I don't have a good referance to be sure. The only good way to be sure is to get under there and start checking stuff, getting it on a lift and yanking on this and that to see what's loose, or just taking it to an alignment shop and have them tell you what the problem is.

my $.02

Yeah it has serious negitive camber problems, it just seems to have happend over night, maybe donut related ?? nothing appears to be broken so maybe something is worn out.
Notice = drip of water

Yeah, I would say just replace the camber links, they are just rubber doughnuts in a metal dogbone that connects the lower control arm to the subframe. $50 says that if you get the peices that I told you about, your problem will go away as fast as it came, just with a lighter wallet

I can't see how even if the camber is out of wack you could possibly wear through a new tire in a month without giving the tires a lot of abuse anyway.

That's true. Too much toe will eat tires faster than camber ever thought it could

Even if you have zero camber the wear pattern will be on the inside if there is a toe problem.

You obviously have a serious alignment problem. Take it to a professional to find out what is wrong. It may be that something simply came loose, and that you only need an alignment.

It was actually a friend who told me cause he was driving behind me and said " your tires are pointing in " I am taking the whole subframe out this winter to put in the T2 diff so i will replace it with the maztrix fully adjustables.
One question about those is it worth to get the ones that are adjustable on the car or should i get the ones that cant be adjusted on the car. ?

Adjustable on the car is ALOT easier then taking it off every bloody time you adjust it. Also, it gives you a more finate adjustment being that you change it while looking at the numbers, not by guessing.

EDIT: Also, I agree, you must've been beating the hell outta them tires to get them bald in a month, or else you gots yourself a toe problem. Remember, your rears should have toe in, fronts toe out. On these cars, though, you might want a lower ammount of toe in in the rear, being that when under acceleration, your wheels will move forward a little from suspension play (as in twisting forward, inducing toe in) giving you more toe in. If your wheels are having that wear from toe, the only way is from toe out. Think about it, when cornering, the outside wheel rolls over from the outside in, the inside wheel from the inside out. Same thing with toe, so it would HAVE to be toed out to be doing this, and a ton to wear them bald in a month (Unless somebody has been a bad little boy doing burnouts and stuff )

By the time i noticed the tire wear, i knew i needed new tires so i may have accelerated the wear process a little bit ! I think i will go for the on car adjustables.

Independantly adjustable rear camber kit $175 for both sides, the best deal I've seen anywhere.
