what is biggest tires can i put?
Hello,
I have 95fd and thinking about getting set of wheels and tires for track use. what do you guys think of enkei rpf1. can i run 9.5inch wheels in front? I would like to use same size tires all around if it is possible. i was thinking 275s all around.
thanks

a lot of people run 18x10 so they can use the 285/30R18 tire that has a very short overall diameter and gives great clearance because it is shorterthan the common 275/35R17 size for 17x10.

The Enkei is a nice wheel; however it won't maximize the tire potential you can stuff in there as the offset isn't perfect.
Spend the extra money and get 18x10 +50mm offset CCW classic wheels. They are a quality 3 piece wheel and will allow 285/30/18's all around with coilovers. They are also very light being around 20lbs each.
CCW's new are around $2200 for the set (4). You can buy used (1 weekend takeoffs) Hoosier or other race tires from Bob Chick Used race tires for around $70/each in just about any size.
If you don't have big brakes on the car now would be a good time to get them.
