Pull the wheel back off and take a look. If you can hear something dragging then it probably will leave marks. Take a look and see what you see. Inspect you disk and pads, you don't want to hurt those. Could be as simple as a dust shield rubbing or you may not have put the anti rattle springs back into the disk pads.

Either way dig back in and take a look. Put the car in the air and spin the wheel with the tire/rim both on and off. You should be able to find it then.

Ouch, Are you sure it is from the wheel/brake area? Did you hear the noise when rotating the tire/wheel by hand while it was in the air?

Otherwise watch it closely.
Good Luck.
