Watts link upper and lower link removal tips?

Watts link upper and lower link removal tips?
Im changing my rear springs on my 85 GSLSE and the nuts on the links are really frustrating to remove. I used penetrating oil and still no budge.
Any input?

Heat em up,I just pulled the whole rear end out of my sa fora mild resto , I'm from buffalo NY so obviously I'm deal in with a lot of rusty bolts, pub a wire brush and a torch had it all out in under 2 hrs
