i have the stock baloney rims but i am not sure if mine are polished or not... around my area we have a shop the will polish any rim and make them look close to chrome... only like 50$ a wheel.... looks good i have seen it on some cars..

There are shops that specialize in refinishing wheels. I bought stock rims for my convertible from one. Just do a search on the internet for "refinish wheels." When you find a place near you, just call and ask questions about warranty, etc. The place I used finished the rims to exact stock specs, using stock paint colors and the right clear coat. They could easily polish your rims or change color or whatever. If you get a decent shop, you will not be disappointed.

if you know what the hell you are doing, you can polish the stock balogna slicer to the machined look - some paste and a drill - Eastwood's has it. then clearcoat and presto!
