Volk TE-37 Offset

Does anyone have any recommend sites to buy the Volk TE-37 rims? Also what is the offset for a Volk TE-37 15inch rim to fit onto a 89 rx7? My car has the long studs and the spacers in the back.

Offset will be dependent on wheel width, not diameter

15x7.. is 40mm the correct offset?
