inukai,

Those CE28-1s look great. Strictly racing wheels huh? That's got to be the lighest 10.5 x 18 wheel made! 16.5 lbs?! That's almost unbelievable!

BTW where do we stand on my getting that '99 Type RS FD Rx7 TEMPORARY MINI-SPARE WHEEL/TIRE shipped from Japan to Indianapolis IN?

Send me a PM to let me know how much we're talking in US dollars

Hi SleepR1

Thank you.

Costs depends on how many people will buy.
But I can offer you all at the reasonable price.

Inukai,

What's different about this one as opposed to the 10.5's available through the US distributor. If there's a difference we should indicate that to the guys.

Do you know the offset of the wheel?

Thanks, Rishie

Inukai,

Please tell us the offset you're speaking of. It looks like they had to pump the fenders quite a bit in the front. Please ask Volk how they will fit and how much modification we will need.

Thanks, RIshie

I would get 9.5 x 18, 47-mm offset with 255/35-18 tires for the fronts; and 10.5 x 18, 45-mm offset with 295/30-18 tires (do they make 295/30-18s?) tires for the rears! This would be an outstanding fitment for both road and track use! Overall tire diameters would be nearly identical.

Those of you interested please contact me and I'll take care of everything. We'll check to see which is the better/cheaper route to go, "gray market" or us market. These can be had through mackin but not sure how long they will take to arrive.

The offset is not such that they will work in the front without major mods.

Thanks, Rishie

Manny,

Here's the few brands made in that rear size. I'm sure there's more but I only searched tire rack:

Pzero Assimetrico'
AVS Sport
Continental(Prosche O.E.)

Rishie

Let's see how that will fit in the rear. Johhny has the 10
s in the back with +50. We can interpolate with his help. Calling out Johnny, Johnny.

Oh, I'd choose the Pirelli Asimmetricos. Lightweight tires, and really sticky!

The 295s on 10.5s will be close...~4-inch front space, so it's possible you might have to roll the rear fender lips slightly...

I got 12,000 HARD miles out of my last set of Pirelli P-Zero Asimmetricos

The AVS Intermediates have been holding up well too...! I may buy up the remaining stock of 255/40-17 AVS I's. At $97 each from the Tire Rack...that's a steal in anyone's book!

Rishie,

I have tried pm to you and left 2 messages on the forums. I would like to do business with you as you appear to be very helpful with others on this forum but if you won't get in touch with me it makes it difficult.

Earl,

I PM'd you. So sorry. We've been doing a lot of JIC installs this week.

Did a couple of WRX's, IS300, and VR-4. Frikin' amazing. It's only Tuesday. ****. All the good stuff is flowing into the country now. yeaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!

I'm negotiating better pricing right now as Fikse has become more expensive in '02 pricing.

Thanks for being patient. Give me til the end of the week.

tks Rishie,

Got you pm. I won't be in the US until Sept so I am in no rush. My races are the 2nd and 3rd week of Sept.

I was starting to think that there was some sort of filter on the forum that would allow only me to see the stuff I post!!
