Upgraded suspension ?
Upgraded suspension ?
Ok... now that I'm going to trackdays on a regular basis, I am looking into options to upgrade my stock suspension. I need something that will be streetable, yet performed well on the track and lower the car a bit. I will be using 17" wheels/tires on street (245/40/17) and 16" stock wheels on the track.
So what is a preferrable setup (springs and shocks only for now) ? I'd prefer also some adjustment on the shocks.

For new stuff, your $700 budget is going to disappear pretty quickly. But on the cheap, the Tokico 5-ways are okay shocks and you could probably pick up some used cheap springs for less than $150. Unfortunately, almost all the aftermarket 4" ID springs lower the car significantly .... which may cause some rubbing issues.
