Unavailable Volk Rims

I'm interested in getting the Gram Light Pros, but it's not available in the U.S. right now. Mackin won't contact me about them. Anyone know if we're gonna get these?

I tried to get those...

...I tried to order them, but Mackin said they'd be unavailable for months, possibly as long as this time next year. They apparently have them only in limited amounts right now. I bet if you went through Fujicorp you could get them though.

^^^^^^YOU ARE CORRECT SIR^^^^^^

But both look a little too OEM for me.. the wide spoke PRO looks 10x better IMHO

The Pros look to be a Multi-piece wheel also. I don't think they will be very light though, regardless of the name.

Yummy

I'll keep you posted on my container status. My WD over there can get me nearly anything, I just don't know what to ask for/what is available.. Ill post to the for sale board my quandary

Anyhoo, try www.takakaira.com. You'll be able to get the rims through them along with the latest set of sticky roadrace/street tires like the A042's or AO38's. Just let them know exactly what you want, size, offset, color, and they'll get back to you on shipping. Whatever it cost in Japan is what you pay, so if there's a price on the Rays web page, that's the cost.

The wheels i was talking about. 57C

I had these for over a month now just sitting there, brand new. Paid $1420 for them. All 4 wheels are still in the Ray's shipping box never taken out of plastic bag.

17x8.5 Fronts (+40 offset) 5x114
17x9.5 Rears (+38 offset) 5x114

GUN Metal color (costed $30 per wheel)

I will open 1 of the boxes to take pix tonight and post them up later. Local pickup please. Will meet half way depending on where you live.

$1375.

first off the gram lights he has don't come in 18's. the gramlight pro's do. secondly, the gram light pro's are 2 piece and the gramlight 57c's and f's are 1 piece.

Blue, you got the cast version and are different than the Pros. The pros are more bowled into the center. Absolutely beautiful. I haven't had time to try and find these or source a Japanese exporter.

If cuspid can bring 'em he's the man. I have a slight language barrier that poses a problem at times. hehe.

thanks, rishie
