Turning Stillen cross drilled rotors

I haven't taken the car to the track yet so I know that these rotor aren't a good idea for heavy use, but they do a great job for street use (no brake fade on latest mountain drive). After the mountain drive, I noticed my pads needed changing and also that my rotors were uneven and needed turning to smoothing out. I've seen the posts that the stock rotors are to thin to begin with and turning them weakens them even more, so does that apply to the Stillen x-drilled as well?
brake mods - r1 ducts on my touring, CWC brake ducts, Stillen x-drilled front and rear with their pads, and stainless brake lines, motul dot 5 brake fluid.
