SS brake lines (mazdamotorsports.com) and a good set of pads. I use EBC Green Stuff pads. They're very nice (plus no brake dust). If you want rotors, go to alamomotorsports.com and get the KVR Performance slotted rotors. When mine came in, they were in Brembo boxes. Hmmm, I guess KVR contracts them for the rotors. I was happy when I saw that. It just took a while to get them. The best prices for aftermarket rotors were here.
If you need more, K2RD.com has a couple of kits. One starts at $1,000, the other is even more. Mind you this is only for the front brakes. But they are big. A good set of tires and pads can make a HUGE difference over the stock pieces. Also make sure your suspension is in good shape. Worn out springs and shocks can kill stopping distances. Good luck.

You can always get a 5lug conversion + brake (caliper) upgrade done on the cheap. Throw some decent pads on there and you should notice a huge difference.

(note, I have a parts car with what you need) =P

Yep, a T2 4 piston conversion would be good. Mine are very good. More than enough for what I do, and I drive pretty hard usually.

You have 4 piston calipers if your car is a GXL
