i kno this isnt the best reply but i hope this helps...tokico blues are not the best performance shocks..actually they are amongst the cheapest aftermarket shocks out there..i wouldnt go more then a 1-1.5 inch drop on those...sorry dont kno exact rates..but lets say ur gettin lik racing ebat springs..they should be a decent match in my opnion..no experience here..just a thought
