toe control hub bushings??

I just got a 5 lug swap, and on one of the rear hubs the front bushing was missing my question would be

1. How do i press the bushing out, if it comes out at all
2. if it does come out does energy suspension make a replacment for it

i'm talking about the bushing the is towards the front of the car with the bigger bolt, 21mm i think,

also why are four lug studs longer than 5 lug wheel studs, just curious, thanks in advance!

Racing Beat sell replacement ones that eliminate the toe steer (they're sold by a number of other vendors as well). Nothing else exists, no stiffer but compliant ones, no stock replacements (unless you buy the whole hub assembly.
