The first thing to check is the condition of your anti-roll bar (front). Make sure the mounts are ok and the bar is still mounted properly.

Are you still using the stock size tires (225/50 16)? Did this just start happening all of the sudden or....?

If you're using stock sized rims and tires then something is out-a-whack. When was the last time the car had an alignment? But even still, it shouldn't be *that* far out. I'd check the sway bar and the shocks, like other people have said.
Good luck

Yeah that doesn't sound like stock wheels...

And when you go 17" or 18" you should invest in new suspension...

My Sway Bar was pretty bad, on my '94 and I had stock suspension with 18" SSR's and I never had a rubbing problem when going into turns... so it sounds like there's some info missing here...
