tire sizes on stock fd rims

ok so i want MT ET street radials but the best size i have found is 255/50/16...
i heard that the et streets dont put as much stress on the drive train as a drag radial.. can i fit this size tire on the stock fd rim with no problems?

Yes, for dragging only. You wouldn't want to drive around with those.

well i would only drive to and from the track with them i have some 18's on the fd now for daily driving.
