Tire Review: Falken Grb Fk451

jes got some tires for my ADR msport F: 18x8.5 R: 18x9.5.
tire size: 245/40 and 265/35..

were these tires a good buy? will look fine with the rims i got? still deployed so i cant get it installed yet.

I think they are not a real performer. iircc, I watched the BM DVD and one of the tuners' cars had it on and turned out bad review because of those tires. I might be mistaken tho.

They're good tires. Just don't expect them to be the best, as they are a budjet option. They have few downsides to them. They grip like a T1-S with stiffer sidewalls, but they wear like Azenis (200 wear rating). I've had mine on the car for about 9 months of summer driving (over 2 years) including a two day driving school where the car was on track nearly half the time with two drivers sharing it and about 7 or so autocrosses. The rears are below the wear bars and need to be replaced. The fast wearing nature of them and the drop off in grip as they aged are about the only negatives I can report on. For a decent, rain capable, low priced summer tire, they are pretty good.
