Tire was recently repaired...still safe to go fast?

Recently I had a very slow leak in my back tire, and I took it to Les Schwab to get it fixed. Its fine now, but I was wondering if its safe to go fast (120mph+) with the repaired tire, or will the fact that is fixed, and not the original rubber increase the risk of a blowout? Should I be looking to replace the tire altogether?
Thanks, any info is appreciated!

All speed ratings are void once a puncture and repair is made.

Actually, the rule of thumb is one speed rating lower, but I still wouldn't trust a patched tire at 120+ mph.
