Are these tires still usable?

Or, more accurately, should I replace them ASAP? I don't know enough about tires to be able to tell what condition they're in (currently on my car).

I would replace them, they have dry rotted. They are pretty old... I'd say at least 7+ years

Ok. I'll try and get new tires this weekend then. Probably Cosco stuff, since my parents are paying for them. I'm not picky about free tires.

Their perfectly fine for running on street, as long as your not doing top speed runs or anything stupid. And their not firestones =P, either way their not THAT bad but dont think about using it for track and/or auto-x.

Righto. Replaced they are, then. I'm planning to autocross, eventually track, and the highways I usually drive on have speeds such that my engine is in it's power band in 5th gear.
