Tein HA's for FD

Done a search but can only find threads for FC's.

How do I adjust the dampening on them??? I know they are at the top of the strut but which way is hard and which is soft??

anyone else running them??? if so what settings ar you using??

Can you upgrade to pillow mounts aswell??

if they're anything like the HE's then turning to the right goes hard and to the left is soft, check the tein site they have the instructions in pdf

I read that on the HA's you should not set the shocks to more than setting number 8. If you do you will wear out the shock faster. I think Howard Coleman said that. For the rough streets of San Francisco, i have min at 6 in the front and 3 in the back.
