Get the car up on jack stands as even as possible.

Unbolt the center bolt on each existing shock

take all the tires off

REARS: unbolt both rear sway links, unbolt the sway bar. knock the bolt through then unbolt the strut tower bar. Shocks should be ready to come out. May have to lift up slightly to get them over the knuckle on the upper arm.

FRONTS: unbolt the ABS lines from the upper arms. unbolt the upper arms. unbolt the lower shock bolt. unbolt the upper strut tower bar. may need a big screw driver or bar to nudge them out.

Have fun

PS knowing me a forgot some details so a search wouldn't hurt hehe

hey mate
you want to unwind the paltforms the spings seat on just use
a C spanner to unlock the botton ring and adjust from there
or if you cant get hold of a Cspanner use a hammer and chissel
