I've ridden in my friend's FD with Flex at the autox and back home and I think Flex is best in both worlds IMO.

The Super Drift have stiffer springs all around (14/14, I think) and the Flex have a much more streetable setup (10/8... pretty sure). Essentially, the Super Drift setup is designed not to give much at all and you won't want that for the street. The Powered By MAX coilovers, which are a pure drift setup and are very clear about them being unfriendly for the street, don't even come with springs as stiff as the Super Drift.
