sway bars
What benefits do sway bars offer over the stock setup. It is my understanding that they reduce the amount of body roll a car experiences. Does this hold true when you are not pushing the car to the limits? In other words, will i feel a difference by installing these? My car is a 94. Can anyone recommend a manufacturer or specific set up?

Unless you autocross or plan to do track events, I wouldn't bother with upgrading the sway bars. If you do plan such activities, then I suggest going with Eibach Competition bars fr/rr. Be sure to fabricate swaybar stops to keep the bar from moving side-to-side under hard cornering. Eibach's kit does NOT provide the stops. The Eibach's rear swaybar is adjustable. I suggest choosing the stiffest setting (matching the stock rear swaybar's moment arm length).

thanks for the info! next spring i do plan to get some track time in thus i was looking to upgrade the suspension over the winter. I am currently the most interested in the suspension techinique bars. They sell the front and rear bars along with upgraded bushings for a low price. They have also been recommended to me by a few people.
