Suspension suggestions???
I am thinking about replacing my suspension, I like to know what are some of the preferences out there and why. Thanks for the info.

Are you talking Shock/Springs are the whole deal...
Shocks and springs I chose Koni yellow with the eibach 2.5 springs..yes the Ground control set-up. why ? It's a proven shock/spring setup and the price is reasonable..sure I would love to have double adjustables...but that's almost twice the cost.The big plus for me was the height adjustability...my shock rates are pretty tame at 425(F) 375(R)
Sway Bar : I have the eibach...and only in the front...if I get another I will upgrade the bracket to the CWC ones(oem's can crack)..and maybe get a M2 front sway bar instead.
Trailing arms+Toe control links...well I got the m2 components..because they help "reduce" wheel hop. I have not installed them yet because I am waiting for my 18 inch wheel to come in.
Bushings : I have the first run Unobtanium bushing kit...again not installed but one of the days I'll give it a try. My car has a hard 58K on it..and Ive been though some rear suspension bushings already...so eventually I'll need these.
Wheels : Like I said I'm getting 18x9 and 18x10...Kinesis K58's..and will be running AVS Sport tires...

Just to clarify a few things and please correct me if I'm wrong:
"Shock rates", of course you mean spring rates of 425(F) and 375(R).
As far as I know Eibach doesn't offer a front spring with a free length of 6 inches, a diameter of 2.5 inches, and a spring rate of 425lbs/in.
Generally most people try to maintain the same proportion of spring rates front and rear when upgrading their springs. Stock rates are 281lbs/in front and 200lbs/in rear. Your rates would be a 51% increase on the front and a 87.5% increase in the rear.
Could there be an error?

yeah it's spring rates...sorry...it's the GC kit...the springs have eibach lettering on them...so I;m pretty sure they are eibach...
as for the proportional upgrade...who says that is the best setup?.. ok for a stock car...but I have quite a few things upgraded so maybe I want the back a little stiffer.

Agreed. Just wanted to double check the info as I can't find the front ERS spring in a 6 inch length, 2.5in diam, with a 425lb/in rate. Perhaps a different length than standard? Lowest spring rate offered, that I can find, is 450lbs/in:

I'm not 100% sure on th spring rates...I'll have to check when I get home...going off memory doesn't always work...they could be 450..I could be getting confused with my old prokits/GAB set up(non height adjustable)

I have Koni adjustable yellows and like them a lot. They respond perfectly and predictably to adjustment. My opinion is that the Koni is built better than the Tokico.
Actually you can get the Konis double adjustable as well; think it's like an extra $100 a strut. Koni will also custom valve them for you, again for a cost. I still continue to hear big things about the GABs, but they are not commonly available any longer. I bet Mazda Comp still has them though.

Has anyone heard of, and/or what would you think of you using the stock springs with the Koni yellows. I have the eibachs on my car with the KYB (oem replacement) shocks, and I f---kin hate them. For a short period of time I had a set of used stock shocks on the car with the Eibachs and that was by far the best combination I had so far. But they didn't last long, so along came the KYB's. Great for driving on a -smooooth- road. But don't take your girl out to dinner in it and expect her to be comfortable on the way home.
Anyway... I just don't want to have to do this again for a long time, so I'll either stick with the Eibachs or throw some stock springs on and maybe drop the perch to the middle on the shock to keep the current height (is that right?).
