The rims were like this when I got the car and I have no idea where they were painted at.

I don't have an MB but a few years ago I did this on my SSM. I just painted them myself. It is really easy and fairly inexpensive. Just pick up a wire wheel for your drill, and scuff the wheels really good. Clean them up with some acetone, then hot soapy water. Pick up some metal/automotive primer as well as automotive color spray paint (some companies offer wheel paint). Coat them well in primer following directions. Let cure and spray color coats following directions on the can. If you let them cure properly, they should not scratch easily. I could scratch on mine with my fingernail and had no damage. I even just left the tires on and taped them off.

When I did mine; I pulled the tires off, caked on some aircraft paint stripper, hit them with the power washer, bead blasted them, and then sprayed on some fast drying black primer. I wasn't sure if I wanted them to be flat or gloss so I just left the primer on figuring I'd paint them later if I didn't like the look. I ended up loving the look of the flat primer so I just left them un-painted. The primer has been durable enough that I haven't needed to touch them up (one year so far) but I am assuming when I do it will be a breeze 'cause it is only primer.

They look great man! I'm contemplating something similar to PINTSIZEKILLA7's until able to both afford & decide on a set of 17's @ some point down the road.
It's a silly street racing game, but Midnight Club Los Angles has a kinda neat paint customization aspect within it & rims are one area you can play around with. (and of course you can get an FD) As far as painting them goes, you can alter spokes, inner faces & lips all separately. It's too bad the rest of the game isn't more authentic/less haha, but fooling around with colors, rims, decals & stuff can be fun.. (especially in regards to alteration of the factory wheels)

i painted mines in sami-gloss black, and then added red pinstripe, i was satisfy with how they came out to be. but it was a cheap way to make it look nice. if i had extra $$$ i would buy some nice wider 17's or maybe 18's.
