Spring selection - Less drop than Tein S Tech

Like the title suggests, I'm looking for a spring with less drop than the tein s.tech, which I currently have on my car. It's simply too low now, and it's annoying.

What is your ride height with those springs measured from flat ground to the fender lip?

My car with H&Rs measure to ~25.5"

Bringing this back up for a second to ask:

Given the name, the RSR Down springs seem to be more focused on lowering the car than anything. How much do they lower the car? The S-techs are, as noted above, annoyingly low.

Man your car is 25.5" from flat ground to the fender lip!? Those H&R's must raise the car like 20"

Here's an idea of what the Tein S-Tech's look like:

That's my car with Tokico's (so no adjustable perch) and Tein S-Tech springs.
