Spring Rates

Hi, i have a 1993 FD
I just do street/drag with my car i am running:
Mazdatrix sway bar brackets (reinforced)
Racing beat sway (F+R)
17x9 rims up front with 255's, and 17x10 in the rear with 275's
Basically im buying coilovers and wanting to know what is a better spring rate to go with. 12/12 or 10/10, or should i just do something like 12/10k, im clearly lost in this so lets here what you guys think.

Oh, and they are STANCE GR+ Pro, coilovers.

So you have about 670/670 or 560/560. I would check with the drag guys to see what setups they are using, but IMO, those are a little much for the streets.

Have you taken a look at Howard's thread?
