Spring rate for dragracing. need help ASAP

Spring rate for dragracing. need help ASAP

Hello im about to order a set of BC coilovers and can get them with my desired spring rate. BC recomended 4kg in the rear but isnt that much compared to OEM thats like 3? will the car still be streetable?

need help ASAP since im making the order this week

Stock spring rates tend to be pretty good for drag racing, the 4k ones should work fine for the rear and you can go stiffer in the front. Most aftermarket coilovers start at around 8/10k rates and go up from there, just for comparison.
