Spring help ASAP

91 n/a

im trying to install some suspension technique springs for my fronts on KYB AGX shocks. The problem is the spring sits lower then the pirch and after top is tightened onto it, the spring is still not compressed at all. The spring is not very loose, but it can be moved back and forth and definately not compressed, what should i do?

If the car is on the ground and there's still play, you have something binding in the suspension. If you have it jacked up and it's like that, don't worry.

Wow, I just installed the exact same set up. It was fine once I let the car down but I guided the spring into the perch with a bar on the rear, the fronts landed fine. I am looking at tire sizes and 205/55/16 seems the way to go. The 225/50 I had were rubbing the spring perch.

Also when you put the springs on did you reuse the boot. I thought about removing it but it has a spacer. So I used a razor and cut the excess off the boot and reused the upper part.
