Spacers?!

Do I need spacers to fit 17x9.5 +15 with 215-45 up front and 17x9.5 + 15 with 245-40 on stock suspension and sooner or later coilovers?

Thanks
And also will there be any fender rolling needed?
Thanks again

A spacer will lower your offset, meaning a 10mm spacer will give your wheels a +5mm offset. That seems low even for an FC. Insanely low for an FD.

Fronts will barely fit, if at all. Rears should clear.

Im running 17x9 et 24, 17x10 et 24. for reference.

How big of a spacer do you think I will need to make it fit?

With that kind of offset and width your probably more safe with wide fenders on fronts

For the offsets I can also do +30 for both front and rear Will that clear my stock suspension? and or kyb struts with sleeves?

For the rear it will clear, I can use 17x10 +25 w/ 235/45 tires using stock and lowered springs.
Your problem will be the fronts, with 9.5 width it might hit the stock springs and as you add small spacers you might rub and hit the fenders. Check out one of the members build so you can get an idea, https://www.rx7club.com/build-threads-294/macs-fc-build-thread-960204/
