Spacer Size for FD wheels on an FC
I plan on buying a set of FD wheels soon and I know that they will need spacers. I was think of going with 25mm (not sure what that is in inches) so the total offset would be +25. Will this work? Where can I get these? and will I need longer studs?

25mm spacers are 0.4mm shy of being 1". For all practical purposes, you can say it's 1" though. If you look in the 2nd Gen FAQ, they are the correct spacer for this application. As for where to buy them, I've seen them on Ebay (just put in the thickness you want and look for the right bolt pattern).
Some of them thinner ones (1/2" for example) appear to be a big washer with holes in it for the lugs to go through. For the larger ones (1" again, for example), they have new lugs attached to them. I'd reccomend measuring how long your lugs are (with and without the wheel on), just to be on the safe side. If you can spare an inch and keep the wheels securely on, then you should be fine with the washer-type spacers, which could be made by any machine shop.
