Well, I stumbled across a pair of delrin upper spindle mounts in the Parts FS forum and now have them in-hand. Apparently they are made by someone!
Now that all my parts are together I guess I'll start one of those "build up/overhaul" threads.
Wish me luck!

The "dogbone" links inboard from that, circled in black, are also rubber bushings. See above, I was referring to the one at the top where the hub attaches. I find it strange that they'd use spherical for the bottom, but rubber on top. Surely 2 sphericals would have worked too.
On the spindle, I could have sworn that top mount was also a spherical like the bottom. I'll have mine out this weekend again and double check. What looks like rubber is not always rubber, just like the dog bones.
Pics?
Spindle AKA Hub, yes that damn top mount is rubber. The bottom and the dog bones are spherical. I will have something made to replace the rubber as it doesn't seem anyone sells such.

You could have just gone to the local machine shop and had them made
Mine will be ready Friday, but at a cost of $125! That's for Delrin with a stainless sleeve and only the top mount. I'm leaving the bottom spherical bearing as is.

Nice!
But $125, ouch!
Sorry for not posting a pic of mine. I just haven't had time to snap some current photos of my projects.
As for having a set made.........
I hate to say it, but there isn't a machine shop worth its name in my area. Most can barely be trusted to turn a set of brake rotors properly, no less mill a simple part like these bushings. Sad state of affairs.
Good ol' American inginuity and know-how is getting hard to find around here. At least I try to keep the torch burning!
By the way, are you installing fresh lower spherical bearings and seals? Or reusing your old ones?

This place is great in Dallas http://www.kimbrellskustommachining.com/index.html but yeah, about $65 an hour and those bushings took 2 hours, less $5 for cash discount, not cheap.
I've already ordered new bearing seals/covers from Mazdacomp, about $20 for all 4. I am not changing the bearings but 2 of the covers were torn so I decided to replace all. My bearings feel tight.
As far as the other rear suspension, already have Mazdacomp aluminum DTSS, AWR spherical control arm, AWR toe links, AWR individual camber adjusters, Mazdacomp single camber adjuster, Mazdatrix delrin subrframe. This bushing on the hub was the only thing left to do.

No, sorry. I had taken them to the machine shop and they made the measurements. They are stock size measurements, only difference being that the rubber and outer steel sleeve was converted to Delrin. The inner sleeve is the same size as stock.
