simple question... will 35 offset work?

I found a company who makes rims in 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 as a standard size. So I don't have to go through the hassle of special ordering the sizes I want. The only problem is they only come in a 35 offset. I really like the wheels and they don't cost a tremendous amout of money either. So will a 35 offset work with stock everything? Rishie if you can help me out that would be great or anyone else for that matter. Thanks guys.

The fronts will be very close to rubbing. You will probably have to run 225/40 tires up front to clear.

The typical Volk fitment is +40 offset in those sizes.

Yeah I've decided to just go ahead and get a set of Volks. So my next question would be... how much would a set of Volk GT-A's or GT-U's cost in 18x9 and 18x10's?
