Should I buy used shocks?
I was going to buy a set of new Koni yellows when I came across a F/S item here on the forum. Someone is selling a set of 4 used Koni's for 350 shipped. He says they have 5000 miles on them.
I don't mind buying used items if they are very clean - but I am a little hesitant on this because shocks are so prone to abuse and there is no way to tell if they have been used 5000 or 50,000 miles.
Is this a bad idea? Should I just buck up the extra $$ and buy new?
Opinions?
