Should I add clear coat?

I just used aircraft remover on these rims, and it was a pain in the ***, but all the paint is stripped. It now looks good, but im wondering if I should add a layer of clear coat. I don't really wanna, but will it rust if i dont?

Wow. That looks really nice. (And good choice of tires, btw. )

You should coat them with something otherwise they will show definate signs of corrosion within the year. I would guess some sort of clear coat would be ideal, but i don't really have any specific suggestions.

well, i clear coated the whole rim (except the back). But now my lip isnt as shiney anymore. And i don't think i can use mothers aluminum polish over the clear coat. Thought about using aircraft remover again, just on the lip and then apply mothers aluminum polish. But my question is, since the lip wont have clear coat anymore, But will have mothers aluminum polish, would the lip show sign of corrosion, or rust?

Did you do the clear coating yourself with like a spray can, or did you get them done?. If you clear coated them they should shine..Also anything aluminum can get a little faded or rusty. Even if you get them polished. Thats why you need them to have clearcoats..
