SSR wheels are made out of aluminum alloy, so you shouldn't have any issues powdercoating the wheels.

New aluminum wheel (forged or casted) usually came finished with Powder Coating (either with color or clear coated). The heat during powder coating actually anneal the aluminum alloy and change the mechanical property, which make the wheel more ductile. Since manufacturer took into account with the annealing stage, the wheels are usually designed with very high factor of safety. Re-powder coat the wheel one time should not affect the strength of the wheel significantly unless you do it many times and overload the wheel above their designated load capacity.

That maybe different for some competition wheel since they are very lightweight and are designed with less safety factor.
