s4 na removing wheel hub

Got the wheel hub + brake assembly off... but i can't figure out how to get the CV joint to let loose. Can I just pull on it? (it's not broke... yet)

You may need some PB blaster/WD-40 you should be able press the half shaft in. If not you will need a gear puller/pusher to press the half shaft in. When you go to reinstall it, take a wire brush and clean the hub and halfshaft end, then place a nice amount of wheel bearing grease on it.
