By rubbing, do you mean rub the fender liner in front of the wheel (behind the oil cooler) when you turn sharply, or do you mean hit the fender liners?

Eibachs lower the front of the car quite a bit, and the liner rub up front is VERY common w/ FD's and not totally your fault, or a serious problem. Sort of a fact of life w/ aftermarket wheels unless they're +45 or higher offset, and even then it happens.

Now, if it's rubbing ABOVE the tire in the liner, there's a wiring harness up there, and that's no good. You've gotta raise the car up, or use a shorter tire.

W/ that size, you could try a 245/35.

Iff it's lip pullage, you need to have your fenders rolled. That's just another FD fact of life unfortunately. The front wheel wels are small.

i might try a 245/35 and see how that goes then...
ill throw the 225/40 back on tomorrow if the shop has time and see exactly where it is rubbing at. i think it was the finder liner in front of the wheel though.
