Which RS*R Springs to buy?

So, im trying to decide what springs I want to get for my FD. I am buying a set of Gab Super R shocks to go with my choice but heres my delema. I plan on doing some road racing next year but the FD is my daily driver. I want to keep a semi decent ride but also have a really good suspension setup. I have seen some dyno shock graphs of the Gabs and they are on the stiff side so im trying to pair them up with some springs that will yeild the best ride/handling results possible. Im used to really firm setups (My S13 has inverted coilovers & a lot of adj arms) but im trying to stay away from that right now.

So what do you guys think is best and why-

RS*R Race Springs
or
RS*R Down Springs

Thanks

Even with the RSR Race springs, the FD should be very compliant and ride nicely. I've run crazy spring rates on FD's and compared to say FC's or S13's, it rides sooo much nicer. All due to it's suspension geometry.

Therefore, I would personally recommend the Race spring if you intend to hit the track even for fun. Those are the springs I would daily drive on personally.

I'll run race springs with Tok ILLS, GABS or Konis all day. Downs with probably Tokico HP's or ILL.

I'm currently running the Down springs w/ Koni yellows and they are a great deal better than factory. I can feel the road more, but the new suspension doesn't feel any rougher.

I can't quite say much about the Race springs since I haven't tried them, but I don't think it's all that bad if you have a good setup.
