rolled lip guys, quick question

rolled lip guys, quick question
How much frontspacing are you guys running with rolled front fenders? Or I'll make it easy, what wheel tire combo are you running? I can calc from there.
I can guesstimate with a ruler but I'd rather base my numbers off of a tried and tested setup. Stock frontspacing looks too sunk in once the lips are rolled; my aim is to run as much frontspacing as I can without lip rub.
I was hesitant to post this because I know there are way too many of these "will it fit" threads floating around ;o). I'm not asking because I am lazy or incompetent, I just want some quick real-world feedback. Yes, I searched already, and no offset lessons please ;o) If you are not running a rolled lip setup then please do not post speculation.
thanks,
Rob

I think thewidest i've ever heard of anyone running is a 10.5 up front... and more typically a 10 +50. I think the maximum backspacing figure is 7.5" w/ coilovers, so on a wheel that's actually 11" wide, that would be 3.5" frontspacing.
Rob, It might be easier to start with the wheel width you'd like to run up front. I'd still recommend running it as far in as you can get it because the further out they are, the more "swing" there is when you turn the wheel (wheel not pivoting around it's center), and more propensity to rub liners, and contact liner bolts and such.
It'll NEVER look like the stock wheels as they are 8" +52.... you'll have plenty 'o fender filling.
My track SSRs are 9.5 +41's I believe, and that's pretty far out there.

Thanks for your input Peter. I'll be running a ZR1 setup with 275's in the front and 315s in the rear with mild flares. The front tires will be mounted on 9.5" (actually 10.5") wheels of 17" diameter.
Are you running +41 with rolled fenders? I'm not concerned about toping out since I will be modifying the fender liners.
thanks man,
Rob
