Rims don't fit, need longer studs?

I Found The Solution!!!!!!!
Gorilla makes an extended shank, conical seat, small diameter(tuner style) lug nut. Part # for a 5 lug kit (20 lugs) is 21133ET. List is only like $35 bucks. Which is a hell of a lot cheaper and easier than installing new wheel studs.
I had the same problem with the volk gt-c's. I just installed the rims/lugs. Both fit perfectly and the lugs gripped plenty of threads on the studs.

strike up the paean
ah someone beat me to it.
hard to tell from your picture, but with alot of aftermarket wheels the lug nuts actually sit inside the grooves of the wheel.
took it to a wheel shop and they straightened me out...

Yes the nuts do fit inside the grooves of the wheel but doesn't catch the threads of the studs, i'm going the route of dpeak
Just placed an order with summit for the gorilla lug nuts, they do have an error in the description as 16PC, but it should be 20PC if anyone is curious. I was told that error will be fixed. Its backordered =o[
And I ordered a set of metal hub rings from discount tire direct
(67.1mm ID X 73mm OD) part #81981
hopefully this will all work, thanks dpeak! and thanks to everyone else !

The GTCs use a special lug nut that you can only get from Rays Engineering. To my knowledge there are no other lug nuts that fit those wheels. Your studs are fine. Call Rays Engineering @ 562-946-6820 and they can send you to an authorized Volk dealer for the lugs. The GTCs also use a special wheel lock of course only available from Rays. Last I heard the locks are on a 3-4 month back order. No other wheel locks will fit. I have the same wheels but in 19". The Gorilla lug nuts that you ordered will NOT fit. But yes you do need the hub rings for the wheels to fit. I don't know the size off hand but Rays can tell you. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Update:
I didn't need hub-rings after all. The wheel sat perfectly centered on the hub.
Got the rims on, tires on, alignment, all done.
Lesson learned, GT-C use special lug nuts lol. Thanks Dpeak, 7racer, and everyone who has helped me.
Enjoy!

not sure what was causing the fuel cut, maybe overboosting but I couldnt tell since I had no boost gauge at the time. Installed powerfc and the problem went away. Did a whole vacuum line change, thread with all my problems somewhere in the gen 3 forum. She almost has 124k on her!
