Rear brake problem on an FD.

About a month ago I was putting on new rotors, pads, and ss brake lines. When I was puttin new pads on the rear calipers I could not push the piston in to get more clearance to put the caliper back over the rotor. It went on, but it was very tight. I am not currently driving the car, but I am wondering what is wrong with the rear rotors. Need rebuilt? Any help would be great. Thanks

"PUSH" the pistons in? Is this what you tried to do?
They screw in!

The fronts push in like most other brakes I have worked on. I guess I just assumed the rears would be the same. Yes I tried to push in the piston with a c-clamp. It didn't move with a lil effort so I stopped tring thinking something could be wrong. So how do you go about screwing the actual piston in with the brake pad off. Is there some trick to getting a grip on it to screw it in?

There is a common universal tool, you can find it at just about any auto parts store, this link is just an example:

The next LOGICAL step would be to look at the manual which explains this.
Why didn't you do this?
